New Members: All new members go through a multi-session On-Ramp Program, designed to teach you the skills and movements necessary to become a successful member of Battle CrossFit. Our On-Ramp Program sessions will run approximately an hour long, and will include a comprehensive warm-up, instruction in various movements, a workout, and a cool-down. Additionally, we will explain the principles which make CrossFit so effective, and show you how to maximize your time at Battle CrossFit.
Our On-Ramp program is scheduled one-on-one with one of our trainers, who will provide you the personal training and coaching required to excel at Battle CrossFit. Call or email to schedule your On-Ramp or to book a free Intro workout to see what we’re all about!
Members: Once you have completed our On-Ramp Program, you can then workout during any of our classes. Please arrive promptly at the time listed. You will go through a prescribed warm-up, followed by guided skill work or strength work, and then do the Work Out of the Day (WOD) with the group.

*Our morning classes require a “sign up” no later than 6 pm the evening prior to the class – this is how we schedule our trainers. Sign up through your WODIFY account!
Open Gym: We additionally have Open Gym every Saturday from 9-11 am, and Sunday from 11 am – 1 pm, where you can work on specific skills, or perform a workout that you missed during the week!
CrossFit Kids: We offer CrossFit Kids classes on Saturday from 8 – 9 am. The age range is generally 5-11. We disguise fitness as fun, and teach kids the basics of movement, exercise, and nutrition. Email us for details, firstname.lastname@example.org.
