“343”-Pair up on bars and perform as YGIG (you go I go)
100 Deadlift 145/115
100 Power Cleans 95/65
100 Ground to Overhead 65/35
43 Burpees
*This is a tribute WOD to the 343 FDNY firefighters who lost their lives on 9/11/01 in the terrorist attacks on New York City.

Men use a #45 bar, women use a 15# bar. Load the bars with the following plates and in order- 10’s (inside), 15’s (next), 25’s (outside). After the deadlifts, remove the outer plates (25’s) for Power Cleans, after cleans remove the middle (15’s) plates  for ground to overhead.
