Yes, you’re reading that correctly. The MOST programmed workout EVER on CrossFit.com is “Run 5k”. There’s a reason for it – running is functional and an incredibly important part of your fitness. We normally train/test in shorter domains than this, but that’s okay: get outside your comfort zone and come get a little scared.
