Our strength session this week is a modification of each movement of the Power Lifting Total. Power lifters are the strongest athletes in the world, and they test themselves with the Power Lifting Total (heaviest back squat, bench press, and deadlift). We’re modifying each movement of this total, but staying with a squat, pressing movement, and deadlift. Go heavy!
