Our weightlifting workout for this week involves the snatch: the most complex of our usual lifts. Today’s drill is the 3 position snatch, my absolute favorite drill for improving this dynamic lift.

Workout of the Day:
Part 1: 3 Position Snatch Complex (Heaviest weight, unbroken, through all 3)

1 High Hang Snatch + 1 Low Hang Snatch + 1 Snatch

Beginners should look to catch these in the power catch position, while more seasoned athletes should be using this as an opportunity to practice catching in the squat.
