Today wraps up my programming stint. Thanks to Jody and Glen for giving me the opportunity! And thanks to you, Battles, for sharing in this journey with me! We’ve done a handful of my favorite workouts, and a handful of workouts that I’ve never done but that I hoped you enjoyed and pushed you in novel ways. We’re going to end with one of my first ever CrossFit workouts.

When I first starting CrossFitting, I cherrypicked my workouts (like most of us) for the things that I’m good at. However, on February 26th, 2009 I said “I’m just doing whatever CrossFit tells me”…and this is the first workout that posted. Of course, I couldn’t do a pull-up back then, and this is the first time I will have repeated this workout in … 13 years. Here’s the link to the original workout posted to CF:
