Today we test two lifts for max weight: the Thruster and the Pull-Up. I’m organizing today as an EMOM to give us some structure to the class – however, don’t let that structure prevent you from going heavy!

a) 3 x Thrusters
b) 3 x Weighted Pull-ups

Start @ less than 50% of your best, adding weight each round. Record the heaviest successful triple of each lift.
