For those that have seen my programming in the past, you know I love a good EMOM! The EMOM structure allows us to go hard, rest, and go hard again. There’s not necessarily magic in the 1 minute repeats, but it’s certainly convenient. Today, we challenge ourselves with some cardio sprints, moderate skill gymnastics, and big weightlifting movements. Because there’s rest built in, you can challenge yourself by going heavier/more difficult in your scales for these movements.

c) :30 max reps Devil’s Press (50s/35s Rx+, 40s/25s Rx)
