15 Battles showed up today for the hurricane edition of Feats of Fitness! We kicked things off with a 15 rep max overhead squat – you read that right! A miserable test of midline stability, the 15 rep max is an old school measure of strength and stamina.

We then moved into a hero workout: TK, a twenty minute AMRAP of strict pull-ups, tall box jumps, and kettlebell swings. TK and I were classmates in college, and despite this being a hero workout since 2013, I have never done it before. You can read about Tk here:

Next in the hopper was the classic CrossFit girl, Elizabeth (with power cleans v. squat cleans.) 21-15-9 of cleans and ring dips. We ended with a 60 minute cardio sesh: as many calories as you can endure in one hour, using any equipment available.
