Feats of Fitness, May ’22
Today 15 Battles showed up to brave the heat and humidity for three hours of fitness challenges! We started with “The Other Total” – max clean, max bench press, and max overhead squat. Then, onto a hero workout: Sham. Deadlifts and running, it was a total hamstring burner.
Finally, we ended with the girl workout “Barbara” – 5 rounds of 20 pull-ups, 30 push ups, 40 sit ups, and 50 squats, with 3 minutes of rest between rounds.
