STEP 1

Schedule an Intro to CrossFit/Fitness Assessment

You are looking at this page for a reason.  You’ve decided to make a change and we are here to help you on your journey.  Send us an email to info@battlecrossfit.com or call 888.805.5114 to schedule your first complementary session.  You can do it alone or you can bring a friend.  The session lasts 60 minutes and we will cover the CrossFit methodology and evaluate your current fitness levels.  More importantly you will be on the path to making yourself awesome.

STEP 2

Step 2: Fundamentals. All new members must go through one of our fundamentals programs: either our one-on-one On-Ramp program or our small group Beginner’s Class.

Option 1: On-Ramp. Our On-Ramp typically consists of 5 to 15 one-on-one sessions with a personal trainer to teach you the basic movements of CrossFit in a thorough, step by step fashion.You’ll book your sessions directly with your trainer, and will have the most flexibility to quickly get through the On-Ramp and into our Regular Classes. The On-Ramp costs $50 per session per person.

Option 2: Beginner’s Class. Our Beginner’s Class meets on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 7 pm. You’ll pay a monthly membership of $124, and can expect to stay in the Beginner’s Class until you are comfortable enough in the movements and methods of Battle CrossFit to transition into our Regular Classes.

Regardless of which option you choose, we have 3 goals that you must meet before coming into our Regular Classes: 1) Be unscared! CrossFit can be intimidating, and our first goal is to teach you in a controlled environment so that you are confident in yourself. 2) Know the movements. We’re going to hand you a book that has 30-40 movements in it. We’d like you to know those movements before moving into the Regular Classes. 3) Be familiar with our gym, our coaches, and the structure of our Regular Classes.

Which option is best for you? It depends on a variety of things. Schedule your intro session and discuss your options with a coach!

STEP 3

Regular Classes

When you have graduated from your personal training sessions and you are now competent in the CrossFit movements, you are free to begin group classes.

During these group classes, you’ll push yourself alongside like-minded people as you compete with yourself.  You will undoubtedly find yourself doing things you never thought possible.  You will lift heavier things, run faster than before, and see muscles you did not know were there.  You will also find yourself with a new social and support network around you.  The Battle CrossFit family will help encourage and support you on your journey to better health and happiness.

At each class you will have one coach (often times apprentices too) walking you through the workout to help refine your skills.  We will ensure you are getting technical coaching as everyone in the class improves their CrossFit and fitness abilities.

STEP 4

We’re in this together and for your long-term health and fitness! We routinely offer nutrition challenges and specialty classes to continue your progress and ensure you’re getting fitter in the ways that are important for you.

Your coach will meet with you and follow-up frequently with goals and your progress. You can schedule one-on-one sessions with any of our coaches to further work on your goals!
