Regular Classes:

*Our morning classes require a “sign up” no later then 8 pm the evening prior to the class – this is how we schedule our trainers. Sign up through your WODIFY account!

Monday, Wednesday, Friday:
*5:30 am & *7:00 am
3:30 pm 4:45 pm 6 pm 7:00 pm

Tuesday, Thursday:
*5:30 am
3:30 pm 4:45 pm 6 pm 7:00 pm 

Saturday:
8:00 & 9:00 am WOD
8 - 10 am Open Gym
