1): Death by Pull-Ups (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
In the first minute, perform 1 Pull-Up. In the 2nd minute, perform 2 Pull-Ups. Continue in this fashion until you cannot complete the required work in the minute. Break into sets as required.

20:00. If you cannot complete the pullups in the minute, skip a minute and start at 1 again. Record highest round you completed.
